Please note: the farm can be dusty and muddy as well. Please dress accordingly or bring a change of clothes.

PLEASE ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE SCHEDULED RESERVATION TIME.
Tours will leave promptly at scheduled reservation time. Early arrival is necessary to get fitted with helmets, and partake in safety demonstration before the ride.
CLOSED TOE SHOES ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL RIDERS
Social distancing enforced throughout experience
Transportation vehicles regularly sanitised
Guides required to regularly wash hands
Regular temperature checks for staff
All riders must wear closed toe shoes and helmets (helmets are provided). Age Requirements are as follows: 16 years of age or older to operate Large ATV; 12 years of age or older to operate Medium ATV; 10 years of age or older to operate Small ATV; Limit 1 passenger allowed per Large ATV.*

The tour was good. We were drenched in mud but we had a great time. The staff were friendly. However, my issue is with Viatour because we had issues with our voucher as we were a group of 6. They took full $600 from us but sent only one voucher for 3 people to North Shore Stables. Also, they don’t include that the ATV ride itself is only 30 minutes. So the fact that they’re selling this tour as 1 hour is misleading and fraudulent. Please be clear and direct in your summary. Also this is really not an ocean view because you stop by the ocean only once. The only reason why I gave 3 stars is because of the friendly employees at the location.

How can it be improved? First of all, call it what it is… “Enjoy a ATV dirt ride” you leave to the dirt playground, basically you just go in circles for an hour in the dirt, you “pass” by the ocean just to get a quick picture…choose something else, I’ve been ATV riding all of the country, by far the worst one…

Most people usually find this part the funnest! It seems that you had experienced our ATV ride operation's infancy stage, and we have since then developed it further.
