ATV Adventure in West Maui Mountains

Overview

This is an hour and a half ATV tour that takes you to the top of the valley to view the waterfalls (seasonal) from a distance and overlooking the island. Then you will go all the way down to the ocean and ride alongside the coastline. Spectacular views. You will meet in the parking lot and then follow your guide in your own vehicle to another part of the ranch up the gravel driveway to where the ATVs are located.

My husband and I really wanted to ride ATVs on our honeymoon. Neither of us had ever driven ATVs before - he was fine but i was nervous. Derek sensed my nerves and put them at ease quickly by putting me right in front of our fleet. He always asked if I was ok during the ride and consistently checked on me. I felt extremely safe the entire time. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed all the sites on the tour. We highly recommend Maui Mountain Acitivities for your Maui ATV adventure experience. Some tips: you will get pretty dirty/dusty on the tour because of the dirt roads. Do not wear white. I wore a fanny pack which was perfect for carrying small items but the ATVs also have a compartment for storage. Bring cash for tips and sunglasses - if you forget them, helmets and safety glasses are provided.

Great trails and multiple opportunities to travel at a high rate of speed. Tour guide was knowledgeable about Hawaiian history and culture. Highly recommend this tour!
