Absolutely fantastic quadbiking, one of the best things we've done in 4 weeks! We booked it on a recommendation on Trip Advisor and it held its own. We were picked up exactly on time, taken to the quadbiking area, meeting our guide for the day, a really cheerful guy who made sure we all felt confident on the quadbikes before heading off. As we didn't want to buy a second boleto touristico for the Moray ruins, we headed to Lake Huayno instead to take some pictures, about a 30-45 min quad drive away. The quads were in good condition and we had safety gear on, but did have to sign a disclaimer and accept liability before going on them.
The lake was really pretty, and warm, and our guide took loads of photos for us, and joked with us all.
After that we went onto the Salt Flats going by quad for about 30 mins then by bus for about 10 mins, costing 10 Soles to get in, but definitely worth it. Our guide was knowledgeable about this history of the place, and again took pictures for us! Back on the quads again for about 20 mins and we headed back to the garage and back to Cusco! All in it was 130 Soles and worth all of it for such a good day with a great guide and easy booking! Just a note they do prefer it if you have a copy of photo of your passport when you arrive!
Would 100% recommend!
