The main saving grace for this visit, was getting out of the rain that was coming down all day. This aquarium is smaller then alot we have visited. Gatlinburg and Newport Ky both are larger and have more displays. It was fine, just happy that we got discounted tickets here.

Very organized cleaned and plenty of space for people not to clutter. The only thing is to make sure you print the tickets since they can't print them for you and their machine wasn't taking from the phones.

We greatly appreciated the cheaper prices for the aquarium but it was quite a let down. No fault to viator but the aquarium doesn’t recognize the tickets and continually sends people on wild goose chases to the next person to hope to get an answer for the NON-REFUNDABLE tickets. We were barley admitted into it to be greatly disappointed by the animals within…. Which isn’t a lot if anyone’s wondering
