Our guide Clarence is the best guide you could ever get. He is super friendly and sweet. He patiently answered everyone’s questions and provided a lot of help for first time fishers like me. We did see Aurora but didn’t get any fish from our holes. But it was a pleasant experience and would highly recommend you to go!!

Our guide, Tim, did a fabulous job teaching us to ice fish! Not only that, but he was fun and personable. He explained a lot about how and why the Aurora Borealis appears and he monitored conditions for us. He helped us be camera ready if/when they appeared. When they did appear, he showed us how to get the best pictures. The ice fishing cabin was toasty warm. Tim used the wood stove to cook deer sausage and the yummy fish we’d caught! He was a great guide and we had a lot of fun! Also, Ashley was so kind and helpful when we had to juggle some things to be able to have this experience! Highly recommend!
