We had a great experience. Our guide, Denise, was full of Austin knowledge and gave us great background on all the places we visited.

The guide never showed up an then I realized the operator cancelled the tour (by email) just few hours before the scheduled time. They didn't even have the courtesy to give me a phone call or text me. What a lack of professionalism. Do not hire them, easily you can have the same bad experience.

We have a strong policy in regards to contacting the guests beforehand if an issue happens and for some reason this didn't happen - we are changing our policies to sure this doesn't happen again.
