What To Expect

Lady Bird Lake Hike-and-Bike Trail

See the heart of Austin on some of the finest urban bike trails in the country from the comfort of one of our electric bikes. The tour stops at some of Austin’s most famous landmarks including Barton Springs, the Stevie Ray Vaughn Statue, the Ann W. Richards Congress Avenue Bridge (also known as the "Bat Bridge") and more! All participants must be able to ride a bike, except for our family tours,. and all ebike riders must be a minimum of 16 years old.

Faith of Bike Texas Tours was fantastic and a pleasure to deal with, before, during and after our tour. She helped with the planning and crafting of a private tour to accommodate our varied needs and desires. Austin is a great town and an e-Bike tour is a great way to see it. A real foodie town. We loved it.

We did the e-bike tour and had an amazing experience with Chris and Kate. They had different route options and asked us where we wanted to go. And, that's where we went. It was exactly want we wanted. The e-bikes are in excellent condition and they took their time to make sure we knew how to operate the bikes before we ventured off. On our way to the bike trail, they showed us peacocks in the neighborhood.....yes, live peacocks just hanging out. They ensured that we were safe and that we had fun during our ride. My friend is not as confident on a bike and the guides accommodated her needs without making her feel uncomfortable. They suggested an alternate route that was better for her. We appreciated the extra attention to details. We also did a walking food tour with another company and this e-bike tour was so much better.

This is a real-Austin tour with a real-Austin resident who LOVES the city and LOVES biking. It is such an authentic trip - and is perfect for all adult ages and abilities. The weather and the trail system is great.....and would be hard to find on your own. We highly recommend this option. Great value for your money, but more importantly, a great value in learning about this community. A+++
