The tour guide arrived on time with the kayaks. My husband of 85 years of age had disappeared. So I was sort of worrying about where he might be in the hundred degree heat. He didn’t have his phone on him so I couldn’t call or text him. I wasn’t sure if we should leave without him. so that was on my mind for a while.
We kayaked to a couple of bridges. The guide told us about the city. Which was really pretty unnecessary since I’ve been coming to Austin for 70+ years. And my grandsons live in Austin and know everything he said. But it’s a tour for tourists from all places. I would say the tour was perfect, but I would’ve preferred just to Rent kayaks somewhere for 2 hours and not tour. The guide was perfect in every way.
