Notified company two days ahead that we were Covid positive(Omicron, fully vaxxed). No response. Called day of tour asking where we were. Ridiculous no refund policy. Don’t understand why Viator supports this tour.

Hi Catherine, You are completely lying about contacting and giving a notice about being sick or any message. Im a one man show and personally respond to every request and message, with every client. Vaxxed or not, if a person is positive to covid they cannot attend a tour. If someone calls me in timely manner and provides a proof of being positive, in every case I either credit them tickets or refund them if they called at least 72 hours before. Cancelation policy is crystal clear for everyone to read. I do have a habit call the clients in the morning to make sure they dont have any food allergies or restrictions, or need help getting there. We prepay and preorder the food and if you change your mind last moment about not coming and want to use covid as an excuse to try to bully your way in getting your money back, its not gonna work. You book your limited space on the tour and there is no refunds if you dont show up.
