Words can not describe how much I enjoyed this food walking tour of Little Havana. Our guide Anneliese was excellent because she was so much fun, friendly and full of a lot of great information. I learned a ton! The education provided by Anneliese along with the food tastings and sites seen really left me with a good understanding about the history, culture and essence of this unique, special area of Little Havana. This tour was such a great experience! I definitely recommend it with Anneliese! So great! -Heather

Enjoyed a tour of Little Havana with Anneleise who expertly provided history and context about the area. She knows everyone (and everyone knows her) which made it fun to walk through the neighborhood. It was a relaxed pace, so while the tour ended up being longer than we expected (with our permission--she checked), you're not walking a great distance. Although we stopped at some shops and stores, there was not a huge pressure to buy and there was always a historical rationale. The only hitch for our tour was there were 14 people which made hearing her at all times a little challenging. But overall, it was very well done and very informative. I would highly recommend to anyone even slightly interested in Little Havana. Food stops were stellar--great Mexican food, guava pastries, Cubanos and crazy good tiny coffees. Highly recommend!

Our food tour of Little Havana and its culture was conducted by a veteran guide by name of Anneliese who proved very knowledgeable and feted us to a good range of Cuban cuisine such as fritas and the delicious Cuban coffee and guarapo (sugarcane juice). The tour include visits to a cuban cigar rolling shop and artwork and souvenirs stops etc. Best of all, the tour price is inclusive of the food tasting and coffee. Would highly recommend Anneliese services to any tourist in Miami who would like to know more of Cuban food and culture without having to hop over to Cuba.
