Minimal information and tour finished a long way from the start. Being a visitor to Savannah we had difficulty returning to our car.

I truly apologize that you didn't enjoy your tour. The tour is designed to be fun and it's obvious that you didn't enjoy it. But I will point out that the starting and ending locations are a six minute walk from one another and our guides are always willing to give directions or to even walk you back. They are also willing to answer additional questions, if you have them, above and beyond the tour content. Nevertheless, I apologize sincerely that we didn't meet your expectations.
