Great Experience and the pilot and staff was very customer friendly. I would definitely recommend the flight for a couples date night.

The perfect gift from a family member for a helicopter crazy 10 year old's first flight. We pulled up to a well kept facility with well maintained equipment and an awesome staff that kept to the story that we were only there to look at the helicopters( which are one of his favorite things in the world) until the last possible minute. While waiting for our slot we met Andrew (a flight medic with an organization that shares the facility) who stopped eating his dinner to answer a barrage of questions from an excited 10 year old and me and share his love of flying and helping people. I think it says a lot about an organization and their staff when even their neighbors treat customers like that. The flight with our pilot Mike was awesome, he is knowledgeable about Baltimore's history and land marks. Looks like Mike, Andrew and the overall great experience may play a role in creating a future pilot! What more can you ask for, an overall incredible experience with the staff, pilot, facility and even the neighbor!!! We will definitely be repeat customers and spreading the word about Charm City Helicopters. Looks like Charm City Helicopters has found the customer service that so many others have lost.

This was an all around wonderful experience. From the moment I spoke with the most friendly staff member to book for the following day to the time I departed, the service and experience was spectacular. Ashley was absolutely amazing and very accommodating to my friend and I. We were stuck in terrible traffic at 5pm on a Thursday and she was so pleasantly understanding and assisted us to ensure that we did not miss out on our planned experience. The flight was awesome although I must say that I would recommend a longer flight option because 12-15 minutes truly fly by when you are taking in so much at once but our pilot was a delight and very knowledgeable of the city. Would I do it again? ABSOLUTELY YES!!!
