It is a nice tour from the water if you have never seen Baltimore inner harbor before. It basically went straight up the harbor then turned around and came back the same way. The recorded guide had good info. We got a Groupon for the cruise so it was better value. I wish it would have at least included 1 drink.

The tour is expensive considering it’s a prerecorded narrative that doesn’t provide as much information as the trolley tour. It was a nice day so it was nice to experience Baltimore from the water. I wouldn’t suggest this as a first choice, but it is something to do.
