Worst experience ever. They couldn't find our tickets so we were unable to board. The code in the email didn't work. When I tried to cancel the trip on the email it wouldn't refund my money. Never again will I use this service and if anyone ever asks I'll definitely tell them it's not worth the hassle!

Spent more time on the bar line than on the deck enjoying the views, no staff wanted to help behind the bar because “that wasn’t their job” very unprofessional boat crew, wouldn’t recommend and the tour was less than 60 minutes
