It was a wonderful experience. I felt very safe with the staff looking at us all time from the boat to make sure we were safe and comfortable.

We had a BLAST doing the banana boat. We were worried it was going to get canceled because of the rain, but I think the rain made it even more fun! The staff was very friendly and even snapped a few pics for us! We definitely recommend ! Thanks Riley and Owen

Some of us fell off. No problem. Well apparently the previous riders broke the ladder. So when we fell off we had no way of getting back onto the boat. One of us had to be pulled in by holding onto the little medal things the rope gets tide onto!! We were way out there!!!!! This is unsafe and unexceptable. Our ride should of been reschedule. We were on the boat for 5 minutes before someone fell off and then we spent the rest of the time pulling someone in because there was no ladder to get them back into the boat!! One of our people had to eventually pull the person by holding onto eachothers hands. No apologize. Nothing. We were told if we fall off and can't get back onto the banana there would be a ladder to climb back into the boat. False. I'm guessing it is not coast guard approved to go out with the boat that has no ladder to get people back in if the go over board. No rope, no nothing safety wise. Have called and emailed multiple times with no response.
