Our very unique, immersive adventures are the only ones of their kind. We, unlike other companies, provide your very own remote, interactive, live host to assist and encourage you along. We are an Austin, TX-based global custom event design company offering scavenger hunts and other events in 150 cities in North America and beyond! Our specially hand-crafted adventures are equal parts tour, creative challenge, detective hunt, and social experiment!

Guests get to discover in an alternate reality our favorite hidden gems off the beaten trail and creatively interpret fun art, history, and culture clues - for points! They get to enjoy fame and glory while appearing on our website’s international leaderboard, no matter what their score. They get to essentially race other teams in other cities, even if they don’t have competitors who have signed up in their city! Get ready to local authors, experience the favorite hangouts only known by locals, discover unusual oddities, and so much more!

Note: You MUST provide a correct, working, domestic phone number in your reservation in order for your hunt to be possible, since it is remotely hosted. Each team must bring at least one fully charged smart phone that has GPS and that can can send and receive data, photos, videos, and text messages. If you have an international phone number or encounter other technical difficulties, you must complete the game using WhatsApp or email. You can easily provide us with this contact information through a Viator message in advance of your hunt.

We thought we would be going against other people within the same town. It would have been nice if the owners of the shops had been contacted by the people who run this. I spoke to a shop owner and they have no clue and was never asked to participate. Made it less competitive

Thanks for the input and for joining us! Your response to our experience wasn’t typical of that of the vast majority of our guests. We wouldn’t be able to provide competitors for you but you do get to race our leaderboard. Also, the shops on our hunts don’t have a role in the game at all. We are your hosts. Since you may have been expecting circumstances outside of what was advertised and promised, we think our customized events really might interest you. We were on a cruise, our ship was not able to port in Bar Harbor due to Hurricane Fiona. Viator refused to refund the 120.00 we spent for this tour. Poor business practice. Waited all week to hear back from them. I do not want these credits, they are worthless.

This was fun for our family, but it was frustrating to use a phone. We needed to keep making it larger to read and then try to move around thru a LOT things to find. Also it's hard to see a phone screen outdoors A printout would have made it so much easier and enjoyable.

We are sorry you had difficulty on your phone. We are paperless the scavenger hunt is provided through your phone. We do not typically hear of any challenges our customers experience such as this. Next time I encourage you to request the materials be sent to you in advance so that you can print them out. We are happy to do this on request. Or bring an iPad to the hunt if you wish. Sadly, our host didn’t hear from you that you were having issues or she would have helped with tips, adaptations, etc. Be sure to use two fingers on your smart phone screen to make the print larger. Also, it may be helpful next time to involve your team members in helping use the materials if needed. We hope to see you again, because a successful and thoroughly enjoyable adventure is absolutely within your reach!
