This was an amazing experience. Tour guys were very knowledge and so kind at all times. Despite of we were a big group starting at the same time, everything was fluent. No major issues.

We had a family group of six and went on the 7pm tour. Matt, our tour guide, was very experienced with the Segway and taught us how to manuever them in no time. It is NOT like riding a bicycle, but you do get the hang of it after awhile. Even though we live in Teas and were treating our Chicago relatives, we saw a lot of downtown Austin we had never seen. Hint for seeing the bats - you get dropped off at the bridge while Matt watches the Segways. Cross at the nearest light to get to the east side of the bridge. There will be a mob of people so you will have to try to get a space to see them. But once the bats come out, if you look down to the river, especially near a bridge light you can see them. They are super quick. Would definitely recommend the tour.

Best way to explore downtown Austin! Friendly guides, thorough instructions on how to ride Segways, informative visit. Perfect for small groups or families with teens. Strongly recommend the 7pm tour in summer as you get to avoid the heat and enjoy the tour by sunset.
