The overall experience was great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they need better directions or signage on where to check in. Because if lack of direction this caused a large group to go to the wrong pier and wait at a booth that wasn't even theirs. Frustrating but did not ruin the night.

The setting was nice and great view. We booked it for birthday celebration and I made a note on the special occasion. Funny enough that though the cruise didn’t accommodate my request for a birthday sign/candle on dessert for our table, they served the table right next to us with a birthday dessert with a sign on it. How ironic. Quite disappointed. Also, it would’ve been better if the photo guy was more upfront about pics for sale when taking pictures.

Wonderful night. To see NYC from the water at night is a completely different perspective. It's a different city from the water. The boat dinning experience is top notch. Ample room at your table and between tables. Staff is super friendly and efficient. Five star wait staff who are very helpful alerting you when approaching Brooklyn Bridge or The Statue of Liberty. Food choices were good and the meal itself was very good. I was in a group of four and we all agreed our dishes were very good. The boat bang was excellent. Really great. My brother and I had been to the Village Vanguard and the Blue Note jazz clubs recently and we enjoyed this trio and singer much more. Our excellent waiter, Johnny, told us if we enjoyed our Christmas cruise to come back in summer for the sunset experience. The four of us are all in. Great night in New York City. Recommend without reservation.
