trip itself wonderful , good food and music , clear sky's and would still recommend to visitors as something that must be done if in New York. however marred by issues contacting customer services to confirm the trip and fact that we booked Romance on the River which included a bottle of champagne, but in reality was only a bottle of sparkling wine which feel was a huge misrepresentation and £100 more for this and souvenir glasses was not merited. Subsequent emails to Viator remain ignored despite reference number,

I was celebrating my six year anniversary with my wife and we were disappointed with the cost and what was delivered. The staff was extremely gracious and helped make the experience a little better. However the cost of close to $500 was not what we expected. If we were to do it again, we would pass on th experience.
