Your operator failed to pick us up and did not fulfill their obligation. Viator customer service was paid by me and they have not provided me a refund. Viator indicated they had to contact the tour operator before authorization of refund. The tour operator has not returned phone calls or emails from both me nor Viator. I travelled to the tour operators address to find they had no office as advertised. Viator refund policy is poor and not fair. Viator should immediately refund customers when their tour operators do not fulfill their agreement as established between them. Terrible experience all the way around!

This post was taken down from the reviewer. I told him I was on a cruise when the booking came in. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control...a hurricane hit Belize and we were rerouted to Jamaica. I was out of communications for days so I could not respond to their request. I told them I would make it up to them next time they come to town. Their money was refunded immediately. They were happy with the apology.

Bob was enthusiastic and passionate about the St. Petersburg area he has called home for 41 years. We covers so much ground in 2-ish hours it was unbelievable. Comfortable modern van - leave the stinky buses and the crowds behind. Very reasonable fee and you will learn a lot. Bob is a people pleaser and is the perfect guide to fill you with stories, sights and facts about the beautiful area. A mobile docent for sure !

Our Bay Area Info Tour with Bob Marcus, a marvelous guide and expert, made for a splendid four hour afternoon adventure. We sat in a comfortable luxury mini-van and saw sections of Pinellas, some of which we had only heard about. Learning the history of the area with Bob's remarkably clear details of the past into the now, was so interesting at at times quite astounding. Another plus is Bob's onboard PA system which made listening to his tour much easier.. We explored,experienced and enjoyed the entire tour which also included seeing the many plentiful and incredible murals in St. Pete. Smiles and amazement throughout!! Thank you Mr. Marcus, Bravo! Max and Russ O., Tampa, FL
