What To Expect

Galveston

Baywatch Dolphin Tours has been operating out of Galveston Harbor for over a decade. Our goal is to offer affordable fun for all ages on our 45-minute Dolphin watching excursion. We’re located at Pier 21 in front of Harbor House Hotel. Just two blocks from the historic Strand District in downtown Galveston. We have four vessels in our fleet that were built with Dolphin Tours, Burials at Sea, and private events in mind. We are now offering enclosed and heated tours, with a 360° view for the ideal dolphin watching experience.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The boat ride was amazing. Our Captain explained on how the dolphins came here and also informed about new calves being born. We were able to sight many dolphins even the calves playing in water with couple of them coming very close to the boat. She also took us close to some cruises and also some historical boats docked there. The boat was amazingly cool inspite of the hot weather. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend people to ride the boats.

It was a really nice trip around the bay. The captain was entertaining and really welcoming. I wish we saw more dolphins. But that’s nature not the captains fault.

We have lived in the Houston area for 40 years and visit Galveston several times a year and never knew about Baywatch Dolphin Tours. What a find. Our grandson was visiting from Portugal for a week and we were searching to finds things to do to make memories. Captain Adam made it happen. His knowledge, humor and interaction with the guests made for a great day. Multiple dolphin sightings including babies and the thrill of watching 2 dolphins body surfing in another boat's waves resulted in a perfect tour. Icing on the cake was every child on the boat was invited to sit next to Captain Adam and steer. We will definitely be back
