Loved this geo located self paced walking tour. We were bundled up for the January weather and able to stop mid tour for a hot lunch on Beale street and then finish the tour while getting ready to walk to the Fed ex Forum for an event. Easy listening and informative.

Beale Street enlightenment!! I have been a couple of times in past, but the goal was food and drinks. Now, I know what I'd missed. I loved the ease and low cost of the tour, I was able to pause it to shop and take pictures. Part of the fun, was noticing other people doing the same thing! It was a quiet weekday afternoon, no crowds, I was able to go at my own pace. I will now be sure to do this , wherever I travel.

We hoped to get a preview of good BBQ and music places. It seemed aimed at promoting black leaders of whom we had no previous knowledge. It was also an incredibly long walk. We were disappointed but liked the idea of a tour on our phones at our own pace.
