The tour is a walking tour on public city sidewalks, and is wheelchair accessible
Within a few blocks there are four different parking garages, and several open-air parking lots. The closest garage to our location (just two blocks away) is at 149 Peabody Place between Second Street and BB King Blvd., next to the Hampton Inn. You can try your luck with on-street metered parking, too, on Second Street just south of Beale; on Beale between Front and Second; or along Peabody Place from Front to Fourth Street.

The tour guide was fantastic. Passionate about the history and really brought it to life. We learned a lot about the buildings, the people, and the history of Memphis. And it was a really easy walk. Great value for the money.

This was a fantastic tour and went into detail about the building and the people who had an impact on Beale St. The tour guide was informative and knowledgeable and was good about asking if we have questions. Even though the tour is only an hour and covers a few blocks, it was well worth the time and money. I highly recommend the tour for any out-of-town visitors.
