We booked through Trip Advisor and got confirmations, tickets, and reminders but when we went there, the place is closed. The phone number says it's open for summer and the website and contact phone don't call back. There is a no cancellation policy so basically they take your money and you get nothing. I saw another review that said this is a scam and they're right. I never post any bad reviews/experiences but this is ridiculous. Please beware!

I did search and rescue. Really fun room theme. Garrett was the best, lots of energy and personality. Definitely one of my favorite game masters. Going to do the other rooms for the next big bear trip.

Definitely one of the best escape room experiences especially thanks to Garrett! He had great energy and made it a fun experience from beginning to end. Also Jacob be killing it behind the scenes!
