St. Helena's Anglican Church

We visit the oldest church in town so that we may respectfully highlight important figures from Beaufort's past. Mishaps they will join us in telling their story.

This was a very good experience, overall. The tour was informative and included so much history on the city of Beaufort. The guide knew the area so well and was a wealth of information. The only reason for rating 4 versus 5 was the length of the tour. We were prepared for about 90 minutes; the tour went on for just over 2 hours, which was long for us and made a difference for our travel plans, since we were not staying in a hotel right in Beaufort. Highly recommend but be prepared for at least 2 hours of walking and information.

Thank you so much. We usually clock the length of the tour between 1 and 1/2 hours to 2 hours. It all depends on the group and how fast everyone walks. Also I apologize the humidity made me the guide speak alittle more slowly. I apologize for affecting your plans and hope you enjoy the rest of your vacation. I appreciate y'all walking with me.

We enjoyed the history. It lasted just a little too long. People started dropping off their headsets and leaving, because the last story went on a bit too long in front of the shop. Overall we enjoyed the tour.

Our guide was wonderful. I was worried about a 2 hour walking tour but the pace was good and she keep all of us engaged including 2 teenagers. I would highly recommend
