All of our operations take place 100% outdoors. You will follow us into the park in your own vehicle and we will social distance whenever practical in the field. If it is necessary that we are in close quarters for a short time (a belay lesson for example) everyone will need to have a mask on.

We did a full-day rock climbing experience with Mojave Guides in Joshua Tree. Murphy was our guide and it was an AMAZING experience. This was our first time rock climbing and my partner and I were shocked at what we were able to accomplish! We did 6 climbs each and were shocked being able to climb as tall as we did! Murphy was an incredible teacher and we felt super safe and supported the entire time. Cannot recommend this experience enough!

My daughter and I had rock climbing on our wish list for our Joshua Tree trip. Neither of us have any experience. Myself being overweight and half a century old ; I was a little leery to attempt rock climbing. I thought, if I just get to see my daughter have fun, that is well worth the investment. Murph was our instructor, and ensured us both that I would indeed get off the ground. The equipment for the climb was provided for us and Murphy made sure that everything was safe. He is a natural encourager, extremely patient and made this awesome experience for both my daughter and myself. This was well worth the money. The memories made taking this adventure are priceless!

Fantastic day of family climbing in Joshua Tree! Seth and Nate chose climbs that were fun and challenging for my family of 5. They were really great interacting with our kids, ages 4, 9, 10, giving them just the right amount of instruction and encouragement to get them out of their comfort zones and leave them wanting more. Safe, seamless, and fun - would highly recommend Mojave Guides.
