I signed up for a Mojave Guides tour with three other climbers, all of varying skill levels, and had the most wonderful experience with Seth and Ryan as our guides. Joshua Tree is beautiful and awe-inspiring climbing destination for beginners and advanced climbers alike. Seth and Ryan were incredibly knowledgeable and all around wonderful to spend time with. I highly recommend!

Climbing with Mojave Guides was the highlight of my trip! Seth put together an epic climbing experience for me and my friends - a half-day with a group of beginning climbers and a half-day of private guiding on intermediate routes. He's super knowledgeable and picked great climbing spots that provided a fun challenge for all of us - we learned a ton and had a great time. Seth was totally professional and organized, and when our afternoon got rained out, I really appreciated how accommodating he was about rescheduling. I would HIGHLY recommend climbing with Mojave Guides, it was exactly what I wanted from my Joshua Tree experience!

We were lucky enough to climb with Mojave Guides at Joshua Tree back in February of this year. The two of us that went live in the city and usually climb in a gym, but this was our first time climbing outdoors and it was an amazing experience. We met up with our guide, Ryan, at the park entrance and he asked us about our experience climbing and what we wanted to get out of our trip. It was February so it was pretty cold and windy, but our guide was so knowledgeable about the park that he was able to take us to the sunny and warm areas that were blocked off from the wind all day. It was great having a guide who was a super safe and skilled climber in addition to being a great person to spend two full days with. He showed us some parts of the park that we would have never found on our own, and I can’t recommend Mojave Guides and Ryan in particular enough!
