All of our operations take place 100% outdoors. You will follow us into the park in your own vehicle and we will social distance whenever practical in the field. If it is necessary that we are in close quarters for a short time (a belay lesson for example) everyone will need to have a mask on.

Had a great time rock climbing, rapelling, and rock scrambling with our guide Luis. He was very positive, informative and encouraging to all levels of comfort of climbing in our group.

Taylor and Luis provided a wonderful experience for five of us with some climbing experience but years ago: they coped our varying levels with humour combined with care and advice. They capped the climbing with a trip through the aptly named Chasm of Doom finishing in the dark after some heart wrenching moments for those of us not prepped to enjoy claustrophobic spaces! My sons’ scout troop hired Mojave Guides to provide a beginner rock climbing experience to the scouts on a recent campout at Indian Cove. For many of the scouts, this was their first-ever time rock climbing. The guides were so encouraging to our beginners - their instructions were always clear and calm, and the communication between guide and climber was wonderful to hear. We had some more experienced climbers among the scouts, so the routes set up included two that were quite challenging. I also observed one of the guides explaining an alternate very challenging route for a very advanced scout to take, along one of the easier setups. They were able to manage and lead our squirrelly teens and preteens in a very respectful way. Totally recommend!!!
