Participants must be in good physical condition and capable of riding for the full duration of the 1.5-hour tour

Social distancing enforced throughout experience
Gear/equipment sanitised between use
Contactless payments for gratuities and add-ons
Guides are required to wear masks at the shop and rental stand but as soon as tours and lessons begin it is extremely easy to maintain a safe distance and the use of masks will only happen if requested by the client.

Our tour guide was TY, we just arrived in Santa Barbara and our impression was not very good when we ventured around ourselves. Ty took us for our first Ebike ride and the tour included his famous PIG HOUSE. A perfect tour guide and excellent equipment, SUPERB all around. Had a great time with the mountain bikes we rented. The bikes were tough and the trails here are also. Definitely a lot of fun. Would rent there again. Friendly helpful staff. They let us pick up the bikes the day before so we could go directly to the trails in the am.
