We got there at 9:30 as requested for sign in. Waited until 9:43 for the other group of people to join, then Kyle started loading us up with gear as his partner walked us through the directions. She was fabulous and provided amazing photos/videos. However we paid for an hour and 30 minutes. The demonstration/directions started after 9:43 took about 5-8 minutes then we went out to the water. We were back by 10:50.... we didn’t even have an hour in the water. Kyle wasn’t the most pleasant until the end when they had the tips welcomed out. Waste of money, and if I wanted to go snorkeling which we did later that day and had a better experience and were allowed to dive briefly I should have saved my money and just done that.

This company is a waste of money. We booked our tour a month in advance only to be told 3 days before our tour was scheduled that our instructor got poison ivy poisoning so he would be unable to lead our tour. We were then given the run around by the booking agency and the dive shop over the next few days so we were unable to rebook a dive within our trip. 48 hours later, I still have not received a refund or any e-mail regarding returned funds. I wouldn't recommend this company or the booking agency to anyone. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
