Not only is Max funny and incredibly knowledgeable about scuba diving, he also likes Chick-fil-A. Max was just a delight, made sure we saw many different varieties of fish. The whole breathing underwater thing is weird, but the staff made it easy and comfortable and I can’t wait to come back and do it again!

Phenomenal experience!! I was a little nervous going into it, but our guide Max made it amazing from start to finish. Kind, professional, fun, and quality experience for a great price. Request Max as your guide, he was super patient, made me feel super safe, took bomb videos of us, and was easy on the eyes as well. It was like going to chik fil a but in scuba fashion. Their pleasure fo sho.

Horrible customer service refused my wife to be able to participate because she had varicose vein surgery 10 years ago and then refused to give us a refund

Safety is our number one priority and according to the dive industry, a doctors note clearing this individual to dive was required. The day before the tour, an email with all of that information was sent out and received by the customer. We would have gladly worked with them to resolve the issue at that time. When they showed up for the tour, they did not have a doctors letter, so we were unable to conduct their tour. Scuba Diving is physical activity, any customers wanting to join our tour or something similar, we would recommend to read the medical and liability waiver as soon as you receive it and contact us if their are any issues, that way we can help you resolve it before the timeframe of our cancellation and refund policy.
