My brother and I went scuba diving with this company in Honolulu Monday. It was our first time ever diving and we had a blast! Our instructor Ryan was very informative. He put our minds at ease, made us feel comfortable, and was very knowledgeable about diving and the marine life we saw while we were out there. It was a very small group, only us and a father son pair. This made it easy to ask questions. The instructors also take a go pro with them on the tour and send you the videos after it’s done! We loved this experience and cannot wait to do it again some day!

My husband wanted to learn to scuba dive. I wasn’t so sure. After all, we are in our late 60s. But we did it! It was amazing! Jon, our diving instructor was wonderful, very patient, thorough in his explanations before the dive. He stuck with us and showed us some wonderful sites. We were in a protected bay, only 20 feet deep. No chance of getting lost or drowning. We were underwater for 45 minutes. It gave us such confidence to know that we could do something that opens up a whole new world of exploration for us. I can’t wait to go diving again! Thanks Jon and thanks to Try Scuba Diving! If we can do it, anyone can and should do it. You will love it!

I would’ve given it 4.5 if the option was available, but since it wasn’t, I rounded it up. I had Ricki as my instructor and she was a great for introductory diving. She was very thorough and clearly spoken when giving instructions. She let us pet a sea-cucumber. She also filmed us and sent us the videos at free of charge, which I thought was very valuable. The actual diving itself, after we got in the water, was about 20 minutes give or take. I’m not sure if it was the location, but didn’t see much but some small fish.
