This was an also addition and good way to end our trip in Hawaii. The staff were very friendly and patient. The directions were simple and direct and they helped guide us the entire time in the water. If you are a little afraid of being under water and scared you may float away, no worries they got you. I would 100%recommend this and I say dive out of your comfort zone and try scuba diving.

Our tour guide Vanessa was not patience, thorough during the tour. She was rushing and discouraging and gave contradictory info. We were told we must do equalizing otherwise ears gonna hurt. I ended up didn't go diving because how she keep saying my equalizing for ears were wrong and still rushing us to go diving. I wanted to practice a bit more and asked for corrections. She literally pointed to her watch said we need to go now for 3 times. I wasn't able to build the trust with her. My friend went to the tour with her. Because of cancellations, my friend was the only one went with her. They came back before 9 am. According to reservation, it was 8-10 am. My friend told me under the water, Vanessa was rushing too and she didn't understand why. When we came back from rinsing to tip her, she was smoking. We still tipped her nicely. The water is not clear either.

Max and his co instructor were absolutely amazing. They were patient and wanted to make sure everyone had a good experience. They never pressured anyone about diving if that person was not ready. I would most definitely recommend this experience for all beginners or anyone who just wants to check scuba diving off their bucket list Paula, North Carolina
