Overview

Middle Clear Creek is one of the greatest beginner rafting runs in the nation. With numerous rapids and historical significance, it is hard to deny the value. Although Clear Creek holds more rapids than most any other run in the US, the rapids of our Middle section are straight-forward and perfect for families with children or anyone else looking for something a bit easier. Rafters will also catch glimpses of Colorado's rich gold mining history and maybe even a miner or two as they splash down this unique stretch of whitewater.

Very fun outing. About an hour outside of Denver. Took the family with two children (11 and 8) on a beginning rafting trip. Max was our guide and the whole family had a blast. Definitely more fun than kayaking and definitely worth the time and money.

Took the family of 5 with 3 kids (15, 13, 7) on the beginner rafting trip. We had a 7 y/o otherwise would have done intermediate. Everyone had a great time. The guide was great, super friendly and had lots of facts of the area. It would be nice if we could have signed a waiver and done intermediate trip instead because our 7 y/o is pretty adventurous. Everyone was professional and it was well run.

Great customer service. Our tour guide, Mack, was informative and full of enthusiasm! We very much enjoyed it! Great experience to do with a group of people. The price paid was definitely worth the experience. Thank you! Would do it again — but next time we'll definitely up the challenge to intermediate or, maybe even, advance!
