Tour departs from the AUSTIN VISITOR CENTER located at 602 E. 4th Street, Austin, TX 78701.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start time for check in. We are unable to delay the tour for guests who arrive late.
Guests with young children must provide their own car seats and arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the tour to install them in the van as our guides are not permitted to handle car seats.
Parking is available in the Austin Convention Center Garage which is connected to the Austin Visitor Center. Enter the garage on E 5th St between Red River and Sabine.
The tour runs rain or shine, however we reserve the right to cancel the tour in the event of extreme weather and/or hazardous road conditions that would potentially affect the safety of our guides and guests.
Guests with limited mobility are welcome to bring a wheelchair or portable scooter on board to be folded and placed in the rear of the van. The vans are not equipped with a ramp or wheelchair lift however, so all guests must be able to step up into the vehicle (about 12 inches).
We do not permit animals or pets of any kind. Guests with a service dog MUST contact the tour operator in advance to request approval.
If you have cold or flu-like symptoms or if you are feeling ill in any way, please do not join the tour.

Ike was absolutely fantastic! My boyfriend and I decided to take an Austin tour last minute and we were not disappointed. Ike was very knowledgeable and showed us all the gems of the city - even the hidden spots! We were blown away with how much the city had to offer and loved our tour group. Highly suggest taking this tour. Ike even treated everyone to gelato as part of the tour at his favorite food truck. Worth every penny!

We did this tour at the beginning of our trip to Austin and it was such a highlight! Our tour guide, Marty, was incredible: he had tons of great recommendations for anything we were curious about, and obviously knew a ton about the city as he managed to include extra personalized details on the 3 extraneous topics I wanted to learn more about: barbecue, architecture, and zoning laws in Austin. He was also super funny and personable throughout the entire trip, and did a good job catering to both the families, couples, and adults on our tour. The tour itself was great and covered loads of content I feel like I probably would've missed otherwise if I'd just walked around the city by myself. All in all, would highly recommend the tour, and Marty as a tour guide if possible.

Our guide, Evan, was amazing! Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about Austin. We loved being able to see a variety of areas in Austin and learn about some history of the area. Plus we got free ice cream! It was well worth the time and money for us.
