This was a long, slow-paced tour due to considerable lulls in the historical information. We felt like the information presented was somewhat canned with social commentary bias interjected throughout each stopping place. Presenting a balanced perspective with better researched information of quick tidbits more frequently along the way would have presented Denver as the interesting city it is. Some good stories, while some were factually lacking.

Iā€™m not sure that you took our tour. The information that is detailed in this review is incorrect, as far as the claim of ā€œInaccurate informationā€, and there is no ā€Social commentaryā€ in our tour dialogue. This was written in a way that doesnā€™t match the experience that we provide. Itā€™s a 100% inconsistent with any review thatā€™s ever been written about this tour, or any other tour that we provide; in fact, this is the only ā€œPoorā€ review thatā€™s ever been written in our 6 year history. To put it into perspective, out of the 330 TripAdvisor reviews that weā€™ve received, yours is the only one with a ā€œPoorā€ rating. The customer name on the review doesnā€™t match any customer on our roster. According to your description, Iā€™m unsure why you didnā€™t exit the tour, at your leisure, or at the very least, attempt to call or write us to discuss your dissatisfaction, or request a refund; neither of which has occurred.
