Sadly this was a disappointing experience. The driver was rude and he ruined the tour for me. He actually told me that I should be more of a gentleman, while I was helping my wife into the car when he first picked us up at the hotel, was not a good start. Most of what he talked about was how much money everything costs, and he wasn’t even accurate about that, even though he thought he was. He spoke to us like we were idiots. Thought he could pass off his exaggerations and frivolous observations as factual information. There was hardly any talk about the history of New York. A few times he was talking on his phone doing business, one time even making deals with his insurer. He was late picking us up by 15 minutes, and then early to drop us off by 30 minutes. I felt like we did not get a good service for amount be paid, $899USD plus tax. He was disrespectful. We stopped for food, after he said “we have food and coffee now so you can’t be grumpy”. No level of food and coffee can make me happy with this guy behind the wheel.

Danny was amazing ! He customized the tour to our family’s request. He knows where are the best picture spots. Very knowledgeable about the city!
