What To Expect

Cave of the Winds

First, you will be given the opportunity to get as close as possible to Niagara Falls by taking part in the Cave of the Winds tour. An elevator will be waiting to take you into the Niagara Gorge where you will be sent on your way to explore wooden walkways with a tour guide. The walkways will get you as close to the falls as possible.

Maid Of The Mist

You will then hop aboard the Maid of the Mist where you will take in the views of the Majestic Falls from the water.

Niagara Falls Observation Tower

From there, you will head up to the American Observation Tower extending out over Niagara Gorge.

Goat Island

Then it's off to Goat Island where you'll be able to see all three Falls from different points. Don’t forget your camera because there are some wonderful views you will want to make sure you preserve on film.

Muhammad and Tyler were excellent guides. It was Tyler's first day but both of them were great guides.

First off the tour company overbooked and then wanted us to change time of tour which we couldn't do. Find out that Maid of the Mist part of tour wasn't operating the date we booked and this was known by the tour co. Also find out the Cave of the Mist part of the tour ALSO WASN'T OPEN YET! This was also known by the tour company. So half the tour advertised was a fraud! Very bad service and fraudulant advertising on Viator.
