The Alamo

Walk among legends as you enjoy a guided tour that leads you through the courtyard revealing the story of the 1836 Battle of the Alamo. Get up close and personal with some of the Alamo’s largest weapons and fortifications- the 16 pounder cannon, palisades, and barracks.

Loved the small group experience. There were four of us touring with our guide. We were two sets of two. The guide was the very best. He was knowledgeable and answered questions freely. He also was open to any information that we had to share and engaged eagerly in conversation. It turned into a two-way learning situation, with most of the learning on our part, of course. Ample time was allowed at each stop. We were not felt we had to hurry. The guide was known by the admitting people at each venue that required a fee and had passes ready so there was no waiting to gain entrance. Humor and trivia were interjected into the discourse, making te tour even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour.

This was a wonderful way to see San Antonio. We didn’t have to worry about parking or getting around construction. The time spent at each stop was perfect! We even had time to get our Jr Ranger Badges at the Missions National Park! Excellent experience!!

This entire tour was amazing. Just hearing all of the history and seeing places I've read about first hand. The mission San Jose part of the tour was probably my favorite.
