This is an AWESOME tour, facilitated by an exceptional tour guide in Corrie. We learned so many interesting facts about the city, its historical figures, and the implications on American history. Corrie was very engaging, knowledgeable, and taught us the nuances of Pittsburgh culture and language. This was a first class tour that we would recommend to anyone interested in learning the history of Pittsburgh. Gary

This tour was an extremely pleasant surprise - not just because the city is so interesting, but also because of the quality of the tour. Our tour guide, Corrie, was amazing. I can think of no one more qualified than a Yinzer who is a former history teacher, and also clearly loves her home town. The fact that the locals on the tour were interested and learning something new tells you how knowledgeable she is! I think this tour is more than worth the extremely reasonable price and I HIGHLY recommend Best of the Burgh.

Our guide, Dave, was pleasant, informative and an overall cool guy. Had no idea about Pitt's architectural history, and Andrew Carnegie and Henry Clay Frick's rivalry. A lot of good history in this city!
