The minimum age for wildlife safaris is 8 years old. (Private safaris have no age minimum.)
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for all single day wildlife safaris. Cancellations made before the cancellation policy goes into effect will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure, and before the day of departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations or no-shows on the day of departure will not be refunded. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to protect you from unforeseen travel interruptions that prevent you from joining us.

To be honest, at first we were a bit hesitant to spend the money for a guided Yellowstone tour when we could just drive through the park ourselves. But from the moment Jeffrey picked us up at Jackson Hole hotel on October 4th, any lingering concern evaporated. Wildlife Safari is undoubtedly the BEST way to truly experience and totally immerse into the great Yellowstone Park. Our ~10-hour guided tour was truly unforgettable! I cannot say enough about the professionalism, humor, knowledge, and skill of our "Interruptive Naturalist," Jeffrey. Without his superb timing, informative commentary, and delightful engagement, we would have merely driven past, not seen, or completely missed 90% of everything Yellowstone has to offer. Not only did we see all the natural beauty of the Yellowstone lower loop’s famous and obscure sites, but we saw-up close-every animal (except moose and wolf) and foul that the park proudly hosts. From morning juices with muffins to our noon picnic lunch, and convenient, clean bathroom stops, every detail was seamlessly executed. Jeffery delivered a spectacular day focused on our utmost comfort, safety, and enjoyment! Thank you, Wildlife Safari and especially, thank you Jeffrey!

We had an amazing time! For us it was all about our guide Duane Newman. He was awesome! Can't say enough great things about him. His knowledge, experience, and stories made it a very enjoyable day. We were fortunate to also have another couple with us who were a pleasure to spend the day with. It was a long day but really didn't seem like it. Being the person who does most the driving, it was so great to have someone else do it (who knew where they were going) so I could see all the great sights. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible trip through the lower loop of Yellowstone. Our guide, Jeffrey, made the trip so special-his knowledge of history/geology kept my husband engaged, and his keen eyes that led us to sightings of a bald eagle, a grizzly, bison and elk made my day! We timed it perfectly to see Old Faithful! You can tell he is passionate about what he does, and made sure we all had a memorable day!
