Jeff is amazing. He is very knowledgeable about everything in Salem having grown up there. He will tell you the facts surrounding the Salem witch trials. This is not a ghost tour. If you want the truth, go on this tour!

We LOVED our night tour of Salem. Sarah, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable about the history and horror of the town. My gf and I both enjoyed how thorough and knowledgeable she was. It was really a great starting point for us to have a great understanding of the town before we visited other attractions.

What an amazing experience my wife and I had on this tour. Our guide, Sarah, was a UMass grad with a Masterā€™s in historyā€”specifically interested in womenā€™s historyā€”making her uniquely qualified to paint the heartbreaking, tragic story of the people who lost their lives due to the witch trials. She impressed the importance of seeing the trials for what they really were: a tornado of corruption, fear, misogyny, and torture directed at the disenfranchised and otherwise marginalized individuals left with no other option but to ā€œconfess.ā€ This is a tour for those who are looking for true historyā€”Sarah cut through the hokey witch stuff and allowed us to glimpse a small window into the horror of what actually occurred. Visiting the victimsā€™ Memorial at night and learning how itā€™s designed and hearing about the lives of the accused is something I will never forget. Sarah ended the tour by answering all of our questions competently and with expertise, and even stuck around to shake everyoneā€™s hands at the endā€”her passion for keeping the victimsā€™ stories alive is more than evident, and she left us with the reminder that inaction is also an action with consequences. Truly incredibleā€”do not miss!
