AWFUL!!! I have never had such a terrible experience my entire life with a company. Got in our “single file line” by instruction from the guide to navigate the busy streets of Salem, went to pick up a call from my husband trying to find the tour (he dropped me off so he could go park), and then looked up and the tour was gone. Didn’t think they went far so I walked a little bit and got lost. Tried to call customer service and was SHAMED (by the owner) on the phone for “getting lost”. I asked if they had a route I could go to (I wasn’t far behind!) and she said “I don’t track humans.” Very degrading comments to both me and my husband while trying to find the tour that left minutes ago (would have been easy to tell us the first stop and we would have ran to catch up).

Fantastic tour of the history of the witch trials and the area they occurred in. Tour guide Jeff was passionate and very knowledgeable on the subject. Perspectives of the accused and accusers, underlying religious, political and economic settings, and lessons to take from it. Would do again if return.

There were some hiccups on our end, Jeff was very accommodating. The tour is well planned out and covers the history of Salem and the Witch Trials. Jeff’s knowledge of the subject and the area is amazing, you couldn’t ask for a better tour! Highly recommend!
