Having selected JR Luxury on the strength of positive Tripadvisor reviews to surprise my family with a limo transfer from JFK to Manhattan, I felt really let down by the service I received. I booked a month in advance and flew in from Dublin only to find no driver waiting for me. What followed was a litany of either excuses or lies as the late arrival of my limo shifted from " the car park is full" to "car was involved in a slight accident" to "car has a flat tyre". So having to wait an hour for our limo (which had clearly seen better days), and been fed a stream of excuses was not the professional and reliable servive I paid $200 for. Would not recommend!

Thank you for your feedback, We would first like to once again apologize for the inconvenience on your transfer. As explain to your party upon pick up you limousine was indeed involved in an accident and where it was rear-ended by another vehicle because of a flat tire. Upon landing we made contact to inform you of the incident moreover, we offer complimentary beers and drinks to you party for the trouble. We are a company who thru out the years have excel in customer service, reliability and professionalism. But there are situations like this that are out of our control. Our drivers are professional and very careful specially driving a stretch limousine. Once again, we do apologize and thank you for choosing jr luxury nyc. We assure you this was an unusual situation and i am sure if you give us another opportunity to provide you with our services you would not be disappointed.
