The bus tour was supposed to be 3 hours. Our was only 2 hours & 20 minutes. On line website explains a guided walking tour. This did not happen. Tour guide was excellent!

It was not pleasant!!! We arrived to a long line waiting to get on the bus with no ADA service available and when the little man scanning tickets would not take the voucher we had paid for told us if we wanted to pay cash we had to go to the back of the line. I usually use a walker as I can not stand for long periods of time, but had only brought my cane as I felt the walker would be too cumbersome on the bus. We had to leave and it was a great disappointment to my family who were visiting

For the issue with the team member please, if you have a moment let us know who you booked your tour with and we can look into why your ticket was not scanning properly.

The weather was perfect to sit on an open big bus. Our tour guide was funny. I was kinda disappointed that we were not able to see the Bellagio water show and Excalibur Fireworks show.
