The tour began on time. The narrator was very funny, and kept the tour lively. He gave a lot of interesting fun facts. There isn’t a lot to see in the Art District and many businesses were closed so his narration about the area was refreshing. The driver was excellent! I felt very secure, especially after being turned around because of the police roadblock.

The bus trip was great. The driver and guide did a great job. Customer service for asking questions/support needs to be better by listening to the customer. Had a mix up with the reservation. It took 4 calls and about 4hours to resolve.
