The ride was great, however, the host/announcer seemed intoxicated, or something. He had a monotone voice, trying to too hard to be humorous and plain boring. There were children on the bus, and he was swearing a lot. He was explaining the MacDonald restaurant sign (who cares). Where did this guy come from?

When we got their the bus was already full and we didn’t even get to ride waste of money I don’t know why they don’t specify “If you get lucky to get a seat” they should be more organized and sign seats when you purchase a ticket

Our tour guide was Melissa. She was excellent! Informative, entertaining, and very professional. I hope when I tour again with out of town guest that I get her again.
