The big bus top deck viewing was the best part. Our tour guide was knowledge, with an easy smile.... if nothing else. However, there was a bit of disorganization in the beginning. One thing that should have been explained from the beginning was tourists/guests should have been told to obtain "the One" card upon entrance to the Circa. Just sharing that could have been explained in the description. Additionally, a complimentary bottle of cold or chilled water should be provided while riding like other tour providers have done given we are in the midst of a heat wave. There was also an unpleasant moment when several untrimmed tree branches hit/smacked several riders in the face while traveling.
