I would like to inform some of your Los Angeles Tour staff is very rude to customers. I have done tours with Big Bus before in Las Vegas and Miami and everyone was very nice and friendly. This was the worst experience, I had with this company and plus ruined my mood for my Birthday. My first time in Los Angeles and I only asked about the Blue Route and the staff that I assumed was a driver was totally rude at that point I really don't feel interested in doing another in any other city I will be visiting. A total disappointment in comparison to other cities Las Vegas 2 times and Miami 1 time.

Although the tour did not cover downtown LA it was a great way to get an overview and plan the rest of our stay in the Hollywood / Beverley Hills area. Great assistance in choosing which your ticket from Georgiy - thank you 🇺🇦

If I could give zero stars I would, AVOID this company at all costs!!! They did not arrive for more than an hour, also had bus issues leaving other passengers stranded at the beach. When we finally got on the late bus we were rudely told that because of the time we would be dropped off and have to find our way back to Hollywood. We got off the bus and I attempted to call them and surprise, it was a non-working number. I tried the internet chat for a refund and they put me on an indefinite hold. Now I have to fight to get almost $150 back from Paypal.
