Broken guide earphone socket, no verbal guidance waisted day. Left bus after full circuit no time to revisit.

The bus used had window glass with some type of built-in sun shades and so very difficult to see anything on the outside. The deck of the bus was without any covering and so very sunny when sitting on the deck. In addition the pre-recorded audio was not very clear. The driver does not provide any useful information about the items or buildings on the way. Overall, I felt it was a total waste of time and money.
